Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our fast-growing marketing firm. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our diverse range of clients. You’ll be responsible for managing digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media, email, and SEO while continuously analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

In your role of Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for KB Media and our clients.
  • Convert client goals into actionable digital strategies and collaborate with internal teams to bring these strategies to life.
  • Plan, execute, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions across Google Ads and Meta platforms, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns to improve ROAS.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign structures, including keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing.
  • Assist in tracking and measuring digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and reporting software.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.) by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging digital assets, such as graphics, videos, and blog posts.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated workflows.
  • Track KPIs and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all client expectations are met or exceeded and that all deliverables are on track by closely collaborating with Account Managers and Project Managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Working as part of a team with other accountants, designers, printers, copywriters, photographers, account executives, art directors, web developers, and marketing specialists.
  • Building successful team relationships.

  • Proven ability to plan and execute effective digital marketing strategies on key platforms
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.

  • Exceptional digital marketing strategy expertise, with a proven ability to craft and deliver clear, compelling, and impactful strategy campaigns and presentations.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for learning new concepts and skills, problem-solving, and working collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Demonstrates innovative use of AI technologies or eagerness to learn AI applications to boost work quality and efficiency across all tasks and workflows.
  • Proficient in leveraging advanced analytics tools to drive decision-making and optimize digital marketing strategies. 
  • Able to leverage data-driven insights to understand market trends and customer behavior, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Operating proficiency of Mac and/or PC computers.
  • Possession of a G-class driver’s license.
  • Access to a personal vehicle is an asset.
  • Basic proficiency in one or many of the Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud applications is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Google’s Workspace Suite is an asset.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and performance marketing.
  • Having worked as part of a team and autonomously.

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in any of the following areas of study: Marketing & Advertising, Communications, Design, or similar.

Position

Permanent – Full Time.

Work Location

The chosen candidate will be working from our headquarters, located in Casselman Ontario.

Starting Wages

$24 to $28 per hour (50K to 58K annually based on 40 hrs/week).

Your starting compensation will be based on demonstration of your experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Wages are further evaluated after passing a 6-month probationary period.
