A written quote approval and a 50% non-refundable deposit of your project’s total is required before the project launch. Afterward, your project will be added to our production queue and assigned to one of our Project Coordinators within a few business days.
Once your project is launched and active, please allow some time for our creative department to create a proof for your review and approval. The time required can vary based on the type of project and our current workload. However, we typically require around 3 to 10 business days to prepare and send you your first proof. Any adjustments requested will be taking care of and sent to you at a faster rate after receiving your first proof.
Of course! We can ship your goods via courier, freight shipping, or hand delivery via our team members depending on your location, the size/quantity of the goods, and how soon you need to receive the goods.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the project’s total (including taxes) before project launch. The balance is due upon completion. If we deem it suitable, we may alter these terms on a per-project basis depending on the total value, timeline, materials/resource costs, and other applicable logistics.
Credit card, cheque, or cash payments are accepted online, by mail, by phone or at our office as applicable. Payments can also be made via PayPal at: kbmediacorp.ca/payments.
We understand, sometimes your requirements change. Please inform us of any modifications to the project scope as soon as possible. Changes can range from installation method and location, materials and equipment required, modified timelines, quantities, design details and complexity, and more. We will confirm if your requested change still fits within the budget of the approved quote. If the change in scope of work warrants an increase or decrease of the quoted cost, we will re-evaluate this change and immediately inform you of the cost difference for your approval before resuming work on your project.
We get it, plans change. You will only be charged for all work, materials, licenses, and any other project-related costs that have been done on your project after your approval of the quote as well as an administration fee.
